Kim Keffer

Kim Keffer joined White Rock in 2021 and serves as Human Resources Manager. Prior to White Rock, she served as Human Resources Manager at Blade Energy Partners. Kim holds a BA in History from The University of Alabama and earned her PHR certification in 2022.
